Considering the importance and the volume of the banking sector in the world economy, the need for trained skilled labor in this area are emerging more clearly. The purpose of the Ph.D. program is to educate individuals who with job training, productive, proactive, have analytical thinking, inquisitive and self-perpetuating to act in financial markets that globalized and  increased competition.
