The Institute was established in 1987 in affiliation with the Rectorate as the first and unique institute to train finance experts with postgraduate and doctorate degrees. In addition to its Masters thesis and non-thesis program in the field of banking, the stock Exchange and Insurance, it offers doctorate programs, as well
